Hi Vishal,
You should look into adding an "Invite Feature" where members of this forum can personally invite other people to the forum inserting email addresses.
What do you think?

I had a tell-a-friend system installed some time back but it never really worked as I expected so I took it off. Hence I removed it.

I didn't know of this feature. Maybe it could be tried again and given a sub-forum on how to use it.
Maybe it just needed more promoting within the forum.
