I could not open the site. If it offers free sign up you can study the system. Otherwise you need to be cautious. Do not get carried away by the name.

I have heard good and bad things about PAS. See you pay like $199 to get a advertising pack in which the generate sales for you. Some say they have not got any sales and some they have. Its kinda out of your control.
It costs a lot to join.
I went with 1StepSystem instead since its only $597 and is very similar.

I have joined PAS recently. It can take more or less some time to make sales depending on whether you let it work 100% automated based on the ad packs or you take also action by telling people, friends about it and by advertising. Contrary to other programs, PAS is really 100% automated and they offer an Income guarantee (beside the money-back guarantee) which is not negligeable. I think it is worth to try it based on the guarantee, and now I am happy I did it.

P.A.S. is a legit system, the big money makers are doing there own advertising , if you have experince in marketing I think you could do well,they do offer your money back if you don,t make any money after 1 year

We have done very well.
The first while, we just had it on AUTO pilot.
We now actively market PAS!

My partner and I have been in PAS for 3 weeks and have already eaarned $9K USD!!! Forget about what it costs to get in...You will make it back very quickly and then some! The guarantee is a great waay to go into business safely. (Especially with all those scams out there). This company puts their money where their mouth is!
Also...If you are choosing to go into business.....why on earth wouldnt you "work it" for a while. The passive ad pack is just a bonus.

Hi All,
I have been with PAS since February 11th and have loved my experience so far! To date, I have made over $21,000 with several other confirmed sales pending over the next month. 
I will agree with what others are saying regarding the system working best for those that put in the effort to do a little of their own advertising, since that is where the majority of my sales have come from (1 of my sales did come from a PAS adpack and 1 from PAS leads that I purchased) BUT, I will also say that the passive approach CAN and DOES work for those that choose to do business that way- I just wasn't patient enough to wait for it to work that way for me. :p I like results and I like to know that I will get those results quickly. 
For those that are looking at this and thinking that you wouldn't know where to start with advertising, make sure to align yourself with a good sponsor that is willing to give you some ideas! Afterall, since you are paying them a commission and your first sale goes to them, a little time and effort on their part to help you shouldn't be too much to ask.

PAS is great!! I've been in this system for about 4 months now, and it has been a life saver. Yes it is expensive, but its guaranteed and everyone makes money with it. After a rather slow weekend in terms of opt ins and sales, it looks like the week may be picking up for me again! Last week, I made $9000 in sales plus had one of my refs pay me an extra $1900 to fully qualify themself (they had made a $1995 sale which I got $1100 for to partially qualify them).
This morning I received 2 emails from team leaders- 1 in regard to a new member that would be paying me today via bank wire and 1 in regard to a 1-up from my downline!
That makes $6000 so far this week and it's only Monday!

Megawealth is a serpate entity. These are some guys that bought into the system like everyone else. However, they made a website that converts a lot of traffic that is why you see it all over the internet.
The owner of PAS seen the megawealthy site and deciced to use it. After that, system overload, the busniess went bananas. There was so much of a growth that the system had to be revamped.
This is not a pyramid unless a pyramid is shaped like a needle. Remember this is a one up direct marking plan. Once you get the one up from a person they are free from you and they get 100% of the profit.
The great thing about PAS is that they offer the money back guarantee. You do have the freedom to advertise for yourself also.

Yes, I did purchase some PAS leads when they were first introduced, 25 of them to be exact... I ended up having 8 out of 25 opt in and 1 of them did buy the premier system after 1 month.
The results with the leads have been hit or miss in most people's case, but I think it is in their approach. If someone opts into your system, then they are obviously interested... They are just a little skeptical about whether this works for the average person and most likely want to talk to someone who isn't trained in the selling aspect prior to talking to that sales person.
My approach is that I send my whole opt in list an email telling them about myself and share my experience with them. You would be amazed at how many thank you responses you will get in return just for proving that there is a "real person" behind the website.
This email is actually what got me the sale from my PAS lead prospect.

I read your review and I am going to apologize for my criticism upfront, but I don't find your review well researched at all... You stated that you could not find a link between "Lord and Thomas Corporate Logistics" and the PAS company, but the reason for that is that that company is owned by the leaders of the Megawealthy group (Simon and Lieven), the largest marketing group in PAS, and not PAS corporate themselves.
PAS Corporate has their own websites that every member of PAS gets and the link (now) looks as such: http://www.prosperityautomatedsystem.com/members/USERNAME/ (I apologize if the link doesn't work without the ref ID at the end, they have been switching from the original url of yourultimateanswer.com ). The megawealthy link that you posted is a website that is only available to megawealthy group members.
Anyway, THAT new link that I posted above will show you the true site owned and distributed by PAS corporate and I can guarantee that you won't find any outright claims of this system guaranteeing you $504,000 in 12 months (as you stated in your "Misleading Statements" #2.
Your claim that the Free Gift is not sent upon sign up- What type of email do you have? MSN, AOL, Hotmail?? Any of those 3 would have regarded it as spam and that would have been the reason for you not getting it... Do you have spamhaus spamguard?? That would have been another reason... Have you received any emails from [email protected] since you entered your info?
Now, as for this being a 12-year old company- The Prosperity Automated System is owned by the Prosperity Network. It is the Prosperity Network that is the 12 year company and is directly owned by Bill Osterhout. The Prosperity Automated System has only been on the market for about 2 years with the most interest resulting when Simon and Lieven created the MegaWealthy group and their own website to market.
The guarantee- PAS will, and does, do everything in it's power to make sure that that guarantee is upheld. Yes, you have to buy at least 1 traffic pack a month to ensure that the guarantee is binding, but what they don't tell you in any of the fine print anywhere is that once you approach the 6 month mark, if you have not had a sale, PAS Corporate will start throwing extra traffic packs your way, at no cost, to help ensure that you WILL make money... That is why they can make that guarantee...
The claim of this being an MLM Ponzi- If this is an MLM Ponzi, then every business out there where people buy and sell and leverage is used to produce money for the main business owner is a Ponzi...
I hope there are no hard feelings for me being a bit harsh here, but things should be properly researched before being reviewed. I also hope that my criticism will lead to you doing some extra research on PAS so that you can "re"review it.

PAS has been a total blessing to my business partner, Sally Darling, and I. We have made $200,000 in four months....and yes we supplement the advertising packs with our own advertising. To say PAS has been a life changing business would be an understatement. And now you will be able to promote 6 businesses on the site. We love additional, passive income streams. Just a word to WealthyWAHM... I just joined PAS on April 20th. I thought I'd skim through the dialogue here to gain some additional insight and I like what you've had to say. I do agree on one thing, if a person takes responsibility for the advertising (not just leaving it up to the AdPacks), they potentially can do much better. Now, really... if all you had to do to make alot of money was advertise... who wouldn't want to do that? Life can't get any easier! Do the math, if millions of people see your ads... and only a tiny percent decide to buy in... WOW! That's what it's all about, and I believe you have the right attitude for this type of business, as I hope I do. Anyway, prosperity to us all!

Awww... well thank you for that compliment, DominoCash! With this business, you truly have the power to shape your own destiny- you have options on how you want to make it work for you and you can control the speed!
With the combination of my personal advertising and that that is done for me by traffic packs by PAS, I am about to reach the $50,000 mark in just 9 weeks of membership! I have taken myself from full time waitress, working nights and never eating dinner with my family to a successful homebased business owner! I think that says a lot.

Yes, si. You certainly won't find any complaints here! LOL!
Things are only going to be getting better with the 4 new products that PAS will be integrating in that members can sell through their main website! All 4 will work on the same No selling! No Advertising! No Closing! (ie. Automated) sort of principal PAS does!
All but 1 are already well established business opportunites, so lucky them! They get to experience a nice influx of members as PAS members all try to determine which ones to join and promote.
I can't wait!
