That's a new one - using frogs to market your product!  Honestly, I've never heard of this product until now. It is free to join, although I'm assuming he'll try to sell you something later, but I would suggest using a different email address to sign up with rather than your main one so that you don't have to worry about SPAM.

I can tell you that marketingpond is a rather harmless project.
What marketingpond does is promoting a bunch of PTR and Survey sites. You Don`t have to bye or sell anything.
Furthermore marketingpond is a listbuilder, a tripple viral advertising program and there are some well known business networking sites you can sign up for.
I know this program quite well cause i`ve been promoting it for at least four months.
Besides that, "he" is a she and she will not send you any scam or spam.
And yes there are some back end products that you can give away, but you decide yourself what you want to be involved in.
