I saw this program recently while surfing. This seems to be legal as it makes use of Paypal. It is clearly explained how we can earn money with this. I would like to know whether anybody had any experience with this program

This looks just like a modification of chain letters/pyramid schemes to me. Programs like these are never going to make you rich. It'll only fill the pockets of it's creators.
You must have the wisdom to immediately recognize such programs.
Spending time on such programs is like building a house on a loose soil. The moment you reach a certain height, your house will start crumbling down. Learn to identify fertile land and start with a strong foundation. The house you then build will give you shelter for years to come.

I did something like this before and made about $200 from it, it's not going to be a get rich program but you could probably get some profit from it.
