No I haven't heard of it - have you tried it? I guess if you at least get the camera for the $69, then you're not out a whole lot if it doesn't pan out, eh!

Usually when it says "easy", its really "hard" - that's just the way it works...and don't expect a very fancy camera either.

BTW, if you have a digital camera, you can submit your photos to places like istockphoto.com and bigstockphoto.com - the pay isn't spectacular, but if you are good at photography and people like your work, you can make money from it.

This website hardly have 6 Google results and no Alexa rank.
I'm sure if this company charges $59 for membership. they would promote their website better than that.
I advice you to stay away from this program and also invest 5 - 10 minutes searching online about any program you willing to join.
