NETIBA is a certification from Stormpay. Basically it confirms that the person email/physical address is real. There is no guarantee that netiba program is not a scammed, because I have seen a lot of netiba certified program come and go.
From my personal view, netiba certification only useful to lower stormpay fees and to get more clicks from Stormclix.

When you get NETIBA certified, they verify your e-mail, phone number and physical address. This proves you are who you say you are. SurfSquare has a lot of bugs to get out before I will use them again. They have major server problems. There are quite a few days I couln't even sign in to surf my pages. 12DP on the hand has been excellent.

I'm making over $300/day auto surfing sites like 12 daily pro. It's all the other work at home offers I've lost money on. At least with auto surfing if you do your homework you can find the best paying sites with the most reliable webmasters. Sure there are scams, but everything I studied said to diversify your investmenst and never risk more than you can afford to lose.
In just a few months I'm happy with what I'm earning, but Im also aware that it can all go up in smoke. My plan was risky for two months but now I can cash any check from 12 daily pro and I'll still be ahead of the game. I'm just a click away from running on pure profit.
