I recently found that now 12dailypro has over 2,00,000 members... and still they are paying in good level, nobody is complaining (as of i knew) and I like to know how can they pay this much money? while other paid to surf programs while struggling... What they are doing with the investment by the members and how they pays 12% every time without fail ?
anyone to answer?

Nobody knows accept the small amount of people who run.
If you search around, people claim to know how they do it, but they are just pulling things out of thin air.
Others just say "Who cares? - If they're paying, why not put some money in?"
Just today, one of my referrals put in $250. After he gets his payment from that to ensure that it's paying he's going to put in $3000 
I personally have $1200 in 12dp as of right now.
But back to my point, nobody can tell you what they do with your money.

I've collected 14 payments in a row from them without a hitch and they aren't the only ones that pay. Just be careful and have a plan.
What are they doing with the investment? There are plenty of theories I'm sure. My theory is simple. As long as they keep paying me on time and that much (over $400/day) I ain't speculating 'bout nuttin'......not me! No Way! I'm just katchin' some krazy waves.

Really, I started on autosurf in Dec last year, not much confidence and just put in $30 to give it a try, and today I'm confidently putting more money in 12dailypro and some other autosurf programs with good reputation

That sounds just like me. I was scared to try autosurfing until 12dailypro sent me a 2nd payment then a 3rd etc... At one point I was surfing over 40 sites a day and being a rookie I got lost. I'm surfing just under 30 programs like 12dailypro and we all wonder the same thing as NetJobs originally asked "where do they invest"?

I hope 12dailypro will last as long as possible.
12dailypro has been generous to me.
But I also look to newer sites with more room for growth like Alientrust...

12 Daily pro and all other successful surfing sites know what they are doing. They use our money to invest. Advertising would never give them enough money to us since we are the ones advertising on these sites. They have secure paying investments and are experts at investing our money. They make much more than they pay us which is normal.

Whatever happens with the court case,man I lost $300.00 dollars to this business and come to find out they are having a court case since this time Im still receiving e-mails from them regarding the case,I think I sign up with them back in 2003 and never get paid.So Im wondering whats going on,sometimes they blame stormpay for whats being going on.Anyways good for them if they are back up and run,and good luck to those who are already members,dont take what I say, maybe that was the begining of a good start for them.All I know is its good to losse for the better of somebody else,like Jesus lost his life for betterment of the human being from sins.
