This is really big! 25% of 12DP use EMO. For each million 250,000 people would be really concerned. Whoa!

What will 12DP do next to maintain its current population? Give everyone a deal of a life time; increase the 144 percentile higher! Just an idea to force those people who don't have credit or debit cards to go out and get one!

Maybe 150% is reasonable.
