Same problem here with the SuckPay I mean stormpay. First they ask all autosurf to use their service exlusively and then they freeze all the autosurfs account, and then they chargeback all autosurf members money back to the autosurfs account.
The funny thing is those autosurfs don't even know anything about this chargeback because they couldn't access their accounts.
Anyway, right now all I can do is waiting and hoping everything will be sorted out.
You are not alone pal :<

Like you and thousands of other fee paying Stormpay users, my account was also emptied by them without benefit of court order, notification to me, or my authorization! I will never entrust another cent to Stormpay and will terminate my account with them immediately following a thorough U.S. government (not just State of Tennessee) law enforcement investigation into their thus far legally unsubstantiated actions and activities. Stormpay proceeded at its own volition to be judge, jury and executioner as far as the autosurf industry is concerned and as far as charging-back monies paid-out by the autosurfs to we unfortunate Stormpay user members. I can only assume that they also reversed the millions of dollars in transaction fees they charged these merchants and us over the many months autosurfs operated without significant problem until Stormpay, lol.
If not checked and the truth exposed now, Stormpay will do this again the next time they need to hide and divert attention away from their internal mishandling of user funds. So far, they have very cleverly manipulated the already biased news media as well as ?
It will be interesting to see which online industry and Stormpay merchants/users they victimize the next time with their unwarranted vigilantism! For certain, I will not be one of their victims again!

I am just wondering if all this hoopla, in your personal opinion, is going to affect stormpay. i have been using stormpay for some time now and think they are credible and they have been doing a rather fine job delivering their end. but with this whole hoopla going on with 12DP (don't really agree with 12DP programs, by the way), how do you think it's going to affect stormpay. i don't want to see my money go down the drain. they're reliable so far...but then again...you'll never know these days
honestly speaking, stormpay has been good to be so far....never tried one of these autosurfing programs and dont plan to. just want to go about doing my own business, you know what i mean? a little worried about this stormpay problem thinghy, though

I used to think that Stormpay was a trustworthy and great company, until they filed chargebacks on my account. The problem with admin@12dailypro.com chargeback was that the money they took from my account was not even associated with autosurf at all. The money they took from my account I happened to earn from Stormpays affiliate program. I really feel for the people that lost thousands of dollars, or that is suppose to currently held by Stormpay. Plus the people that receieved chargebacks into their checking accounts. If you had a chargeback into your bank account, I suggest you immediately file a complaint with your bank. When you go into your bank to file the complaint, they will try to talk you out of it. I had this same problem when WPI Ifriends was illegally taking money out of my account.
To add a little bit more fuel to the fire, I also noticed in my NetIBA account that part of affiliate commission has disappeared. If you know anything about NetIBA affiliate program, you would know that you get paid after you earn $25. Well I had already earned the $25 and was suppose to be paid on March 10th of 2006. I noticed about a week before I was to be paid that $5 was missing from the account. How convenient, now they don't have to pay since I don't have the $25 in my account, even though is says I have earned $25. I know that people can cancel their membership with NetIBA, and that I would lose that commission if they cancelled. The problem is that my downline didn't cancel their membership before the money back guarantee.
Anyways I would suggest try talking to your bank about the chargebacks. Remember you bank will not pay you the money that you have earned with autosurf, only the chargeback. After that I would suggest closing you Stormpay account, I don't trust them with my bank information. Thanks
