My guess is that they just give you a database/list of paid survey sites. You don't have to pay for this since you can find it on your own, and there are many sites that provide the information for free.

I noticed that there is a fee to join. That's a big red flag in my book.
I would never pay someone just so I could go to work. They are supposed to pay me.
I hope that clears it up for you, and welcome to the forum.
There are many people on here that have created their own websites consisting of survey sites that are known to work. The real ones are all free. Just look around and enjoy yourself.

Several of us on this forum have our own tried and tested lists. I'd encourage you to take a look at any and all of them and see what matches with what you are looking for.
