I am making an effort to provide reliable resources to an individual who wants to make extra money in spare time. So would like to have one genuine source from each one of here which has paid for your effort. List only when you have got paid atleast for one time.

I've been paid a few dollars for a couple of different surveys, but it took a lot of weeding through them to narrow it down to ones that are actually paying. I pretty much gave it up for all but a couple now and then. Part of the trouble is that although I do have a US mailing address, I don't currently live there and my IP address denies me access to many.
I do like MyPoints which doesn't pay cash, but I have received a few hundred dollars worth of gift cards which are handy for giving as gifts or just shopping at Walmart.
I found that the best use of my time to actually make a steady income over the long haul was to build websites in my spare time. Although I didn't know how, I found a place that taught me how to do it fairly simply (although still a lot of work) in my spare time. I'm convinced that this is the way to go. You may want to mention that to your friend.
