hi , I find that my best work is done in the morning , i seem much more productive then .so I normally aim to get up earlish . get on with all the stuff I want to do for the day . and then if the motivation or inclinaion drops I have already achieved something in the day . also this allows me to get on with other things like leisure

This is a good point. I get more done in the morning when I am fresh as well. In the afternoon I may even take a power nap to recharge myt batteries and then I am able to be effective again.

Yes, that is true. Most people work best at a particular time during the day

I'm not a morning person at all even though I am at my fulltime job by 8:30 am. I work my home business primarily in the evening although I do sneak some work in on it while at my 9-5 gig. I cannot wait until I get to a point where I'm working my home business exclusively.

I am also a morning person. I usually wake up pretty early to get started before my family is really up and going yet. Then I take a break through out the day to be with my kids. Then usually after they are in bed I am back at it again. I find that I do my best work in the morning though.

I usually try to get started in the morning by 10 a.m. I post ads and check emails for a few hours, then I have lunch. I usually get back to work around 6 p.m. and i work until bout 9 p.m. That's my whole day in a nut shell.

I am a morning person as well and I also prefer to rise early in the morning before the commotion in my home begins.

I try to take a few breaks during the course of the day to re-focus but unfortunately I am not very consistent at it. It seems like I am always trying to push just a little longer to get something accomplished.

WunderList,

I try to get most of the critical stuff done by noon. I almost always start by 6am. I work on and off until nine or ten at night - sometimes later.

I like to alternate tasks to remain interested throughout the day. I also make it a point to vary my break activities. During my breaks, I like to work out, watch TV, call a friend, play an instrument, or run some errands. I thrive on variety.

By the end of the day I've accomplished a lot of business tasks, tended to my health, socialized, made progress in hobbies, and more. I am quite mindful of striking a healthy balance. I can't imagine doing it any other way.
