Hi Joe,
Because you have some really good questions, I recommend you also call the Call Center's 24 hour recorded number at
(212) 461 8974. You can call at your leisure as a lot of your questions will be answered there.

I have also sent you an email....the "licence" you refer to is called a Director's release and you are correct, if you are coming in at Level 2, with the official coastal system you pass up your first two L2 sales but you would keep all your L1 sales.
