Hmmm okay just had had my first blip with CSG, I had about 40-50 leads from before I got into CSG, I started a email campaign to all of them and every email was bounced back to me, I know the email addresses are good as I had sent them emails before from another program. Very frustrating.( The leads are CEM leads)
I did email support because I cannt have a email campaign all bounced back.

hmm.. should not be a problem with CEM leads. I get bounce backs when people have blocked the send rather then unsubscribe.

If you give me a call I may be able to troubleshoot what is going on for you. I have a few questions about how you did it. Upload and drag and drop? I don't think it should really make a difference, if they are in your contact manager and in the correct folder for CEM leads in this case, it should be just fine.

You can access live tech support right now right from your dashboard (bottom right hand corner, during business hours-its a pop up live chat screen). They might be able to tell you a bit more quickly then via email what the deal is!

 Terri,

I have had the same problem....if they are yahoo accounts you may need to contact them and get them to add you to their contact list!! Yahoo seems to put up a superwall against us!

 Hope that helps a little!

I thougth the yahell problem had been fixed? I'm not getting that anymore. I'm wondering if it may actually be a problem with the upload to the contact manager. I'd be interested to find out though, so please let us know Terri!

 Cheers

You all were right, it was all Yahoo emails that were bounced.

hmm.. odd Terri. I haven't had that problem recently. I totally can't stand yahell. I get a whack of spam from them all the time myself. I far prefer gmail. If anyone wants an invite, just ask!

 Cheers

Our CSG stands for Coastal Synergy Group, foxdi we would be more than happy to have you join OUR CSG
because you could use the vouchers as incentives to sell your CSG ....see how that works??

 Hello Foxdi:
Welcome to ANOTHER CSG. You're welcome to ask any questions you'd like. No matter how many questions I asked, people were always willing to answer them.

 Take Care,

She has writer's cramp and her throat is sore
Jani must know I'm only kidding, but you laid that one out for me Terri....I crack myself up!

She moved to another province in the Great White North so I'm sure her hands are full!....by the way, the "Street Smart CEO" is what you're looking for I believe. It has a lot of fundraising paraphenelia including raffle ticket templates....I guess I got lucky because the charity I'm working with has printed out all the raffle stuff themselves with "Coastal Vacations" name right on the ticket. If you decide to buy the Street Smart package, be sure to email me first before you do, I have an alternative I think you'll appreciate.
