It's been said if you find a job you love to do you never have to work.
Having fun in your business will help elevate you to a successful end. And if you're reading this it's probably fair to assume having fun, travelling and money are motivating you in taking a serious look into Coastal Vacations, yes?
As you research Coastal on search engines and by the posts in this forum you will find many different personalities and quite frankly, life would be boring if it were any different. As Directors, both new and experienced, we all have something to offer you.
You have probably sifted through hundreds of opportunites already and you're still uncertain which business you should put your hard earned money into. Maybe you saw Coastal years ago and have come back to revisit or maybe you've already made your decision? The point is you're here and it's not by accident.
Welcome!
Whatever your story is you will likely find a Director in this forum who has shared your experience. However, that alone doesn't mean they are the right Director for you. If you are the quiet, shy type and your Director is much the same and you both 'click' does that mean this is the correct decision? The same can be said if you're extroverted but your Director isn't, is THAT the right choice to make? This is an important decision in your life because it could change the course of it.
A good way to measure your future success with Coastal is to see how serious your Director is about his or her business? How successful are they? (Or their Director, as some people are new).
How passionate are they? Do they want to help you? Do they practice what they preach? From this I mean whatever they suggest to you do they do themselves? There are a host of other questions to ask but this is to get you started as you look into Coastal Vacations.
As you delve further into our opportunity and the dollar signs dance in your head, you should know this: if money is the number one motivator for you joining Coastal then you will have a difficult time succeeding; this can be said for any business really. You are here to serve others and the more you do that the more success you will have.
There's an old Chinese proverb that says if you want to be happy for an hour, take a nap. If you want to be happy for a day, go fishing. If you want to be happy for a year, inherit a fortune but if you want to be happy for a lifetime � help others.

Great one Roger! We should start a thread with great inspirational quotes so that people can see the kind of mindset that those of us successful in this business have developed and continue to work on!
I have had team members comment about the CSG that "they have never seen such a group of positive people in their life!". My experience is that is the case throughout most of the Coastal organization.
I think it would be a great ongoing thread for us to do that! Anyone else agree? Then we could have a great place to go and read and start our days with an inner smile. I love the CSG morning motivator calls, but I have been an avid collector of inspiration for years! I prefer reading things in print- I think they "stick" better!

Thanks and I like the idea, Jani....to make it fun, interesting and "fair" per se, it might be an idea to allow only one inspirational post per person per day so there isn't a monopoly of posts from a single individual.
What do you think?

I started a "inspirational quotes" thread, although I'm not yet "successful in this business." I haven't even purchased a package, yet. The only thing I've done so far is sign up for the CSG MAC System, Deluxe Edition.
All the successful people on here on motivating to me, I'm so glad to be here

I have to make one comment though.. YOU are already a LEADER and are as successful already as you THINK you are! As they say- build it and they will come. You don't need to "fake it before you make it" but you do need to stand up and let people know that you are serious, committed and passionate. You are someone who works hard, knows your stuff and is going places. Hold out your hand, set the example and go find those wonderful people who see what you are already made of!

First, Wow Go Robert....what a great idea guys, I think it is awesome!!
I do agree with some rules though!!
I think the once a day per person is great, that way we can all keep up!

Hi Roger~
I'm here dude, just crazy nuts busy all of a sudden with 5 new sign ups last week. I finally have settled in here and unpacked the house and then BOOM! I'm getting new trainees and on top of that team members that are going live! So not much time for socializing with the fun gang here at the boards! Soz!
I really should get myself on the RSS feed so that I at least get a que to come and have a look see daily! This board is groooowing too!
I hope everyone is doing great as well and most importantly, having FUN!!
