I am new to Coastal (since Jan.) and am considering which way to re-invest in my new team members by either purchasing their first month of leads OR purchasing their ticket to their fist First Steps to Success seminar. Not sure which one would be more valuable to new members. Has anyone had success with either of these? Each is worth about $400. Also, did you only give it away when they bought the Premier or Platinum package? Or did you give it away on the basic package as well? Which works best?

 Thanks,
 Kim

 Hi Kim,

Wow...I want to join your team! A $400 reinvestment into a new team member is pretty risky. If you bought the ticket and they didn't got the event - you've gotten nothing for that other than a more comfortable seat at the event.

If you invest the money in leads, you have potential sales.

If I were you, I'd go for the leads. I'd also recommend a lower investment on leads as $400 will get you a TON of leads. Alot more than a newbie can use.

I'd say Dani Johnson, what good are leads without the proper training. But I would have them pay first and go and I would reimburse them.

 Just my 2 cents.

Something Id like to add to Jay's Post Kim is that we have had our team members purchase leads through one of our leads companies.
They give us the referral bonus and we are able to use that money to buy that associate more leads. You are helping your team out and at the same time able to give them far more that they can purchase on their own at the beginning.
This gets the life blood flowing.

Thanks for your replies. Would you offer this on all 3 packages or just the premier or platinum one?

Jay-you are right, I would do the reimbursement thing vs. just buying their ticket outright

Rhonda-I agree, I didn't know HOW to really work my leads until I went to FSTS

Sean-what lead company are you referring to? I have used several lead companies but none gave referral bonuses.

I would offer leads to all new members, regardless of the level. Then run them through Contactmate on their behalf. Maybe you can offer the seminar ticket as an incentive.

I would buy my team the Dani Johnson script book first....FSTS is a huge investment and it often takes newbies a while to get to the seminar.
