I've been reading about RSS feeds, but somehow, I'm still not sure how I use this. Can someone please explain it in really simple terms. Thanks.
BTW so far I am getting good service from the directory submission service I'd asked about. I'll keep you all posted on that one as time does the real test.

You can provide a feed from your website (like this website), so that visitors can get updates
