Hi, everyone -

I don't really do the whole "meditation" thing, although I certainly practice some relaxation techniques like focused breathing and mental centering (I guess that's what it's called... that's what I call it...). But I've found something that just does wonders for me after a stressful day! If you have WinAmp's player (it's free) then open up the Shoutcast channel and do a search for "relax" or "meditation." They have a nice variety of stations with relaxing music or ambient noise. It's GREAT!

Anything that relaxes and stills your mind is meditation in itself.

True, some people also think that doing the dishes is a kind of meditation.
