Just to say hello. I'm from England, I get the feeling most of you are from the US, right? I'm not very good at computer/internet things as, at 55, I didn't grow up with them, but I'm learning......slowly! I'm working at Royal Mail, hate the place, and want to get away after 20 years!! Started up in "MyInternetBusiness" recently, but no rewards yet there. My main interest is in property (real estate as you say) investment. For now, I'll just be trying to understand my way around this site, I think.

Hi Stephanie,
Welcome to the forum. I'm a US transplant living in Australia. 
I give you kudos for being willing to tackle the internet at age 55 (of course, the closer I get to it, the younger that seems!) 
Still, I know what you mean about not growing up with computers. The kids these days run rings around me. I reckon if they ever decide to tackle online marketing, we're all in big trouble.
Be patient with yourself. Online marketing works if you learn the proper procedures. I know retirees that have tackled website building and online marketing to create a business and retirement income and have been VERY successful.
