I'm hoping there are some of you WAH agents or former agents out there. What is the skills assessment test all about? Just typing speed? Internet/ Window shortcuts? All info you could share would be really helpful. Thank you.

It's just some basic window's knowledge and some easy customer service questions. If you got to this forum and if you have just a little common sense when it comes to treating customers you'll have no problems

If you mean the skill assessment test relating to a specific skill, it will test you on your training for that particular skill.
