Does anyone know why West hasn't posted any new C*T* hours?
They are normally posted 2 to 3 weeks in advance but none have been posted. I checked just a few minutes ago and still none. I am getting worried since they took away Sundays. I worked friday and the call volume was very slow. I hope this client is not going away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a family emergency a couple of weeks ago,and when I went to make my schedule for the week,there were only 3 hours available. I called a PAL,and was told they aren't offering them weeks in advance anymore,and hours are usually dumped into Spectrum on Mondays.

I have to trade my hrs today august 4th My son called at 2am asking for me to keep his 2 Month old daughter So its kind of an emergency
hour left are trades
9-10, 11-11:30,8:30-9,9:30-10 all times I listed are CST
