Ok... do any of these guys DO anything? I've had so many problems and I've spoken to several of these PALs and none of them seem to actually help. They are either very rude... or VERY rude. I'm hoping I've just not spoken to them all. Any suggestions on what to do? I'm really at my wit's end here!!!! o_O

Ps. all I'm asking for is one nice PAL that will actually help without acting like it's a chore for them. I mean... isn't that their job?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Get used to it. My mother and I both work for west and have found most pals to be this way. Most of the time I don't even want to contact them because the offer no help most of the time. I even had one call me a liar a long time ago.
