From my site stats I saw a lot of visitors accessing this form when searching for the above mentioned site in search engines. Just out of curiosity I checked out the site to see what it is offering. Here are my observations:

The sales letter and their claims are indeed very persuasive and any newbie would easily fall for it. They say...

These companies are in need for you to type for them online on the daily basis. When you sign up with the companies, you are ready to work with them immediately and there is no need to wait for a response back from them. By typing in data and submitting these forms, you'll be helping them spread the word about their products and services. Just by typing these ads daily you'll be helping them generate more sales and they're willing to split the profits with you. You do not need to build your own website or need to do any selling. These companies will handle all customer inquires, do all the selling, deliver the products and pay you for your work.

You see, you are not going to be paid based on the number of ads you type but these companies will share a percentage of the profit if your ad generate any sales for them.

Also, in their "About us" section, they claim to be 5 years old. I did a whois check on their domain name and it shows that the domain name has been registered on 16-Aug-2005!

Most likely you'll get an ebook, listing various companies who have an affiliate program, some ad submitting software and of course, an opportunity to post ads for the same program! Just my two cents.

It'll be interesting to get some feedback from those who have actually signed up for this.

Hometypers.com

I wanted to let people know that I wanted to join up with this web site as it looked like the "Ideal Job" to work at home whch I'm looking for. I sent an email to them about the $97 money order and why they have a PMB instead of a street address and what Company name to make out the money order to. I got an email back saying that it should be sent by mail or Western Express and sent to Eric Louie c/o order dept. 9353 Bolsa Ave. k-h61 Westminister, CA. 92683. Why would have to send the money order to a person instead of a company name????? They had a PO Box number for their web site as well as fastcashathome.com for their 12 programs at $129.95 as PO Box 580744 Elk Grove. Ca. 95758.
What do other reader's think of this, please let me know and if there are any Legitimate work at home jobs that are available now.

Thanks Vischal and Gloria. I had a feeling that the income mentioned (esp. one that claims 200 - 950 per day) might have been based more on sales than volume of ads typed, but it does sound rather promising. I still haven't signed up and probably won't, but am on a serious search mission to find something legitimate that might be able to generate $50.00 to $100/day on a regular basis.

Will keep looking and checking back with this forum. Thanks again.

I sent an e mail to hometypers@aol.com regarding the above statement. Will be interesting to see if and how they respond...

This has to be a scam!
Anyway the date it was registered, it was a renewal. If you google hometypers.com you get a ton of sites that they advertise on. Some of the ads are old.
Anyway, you all know the rule....if its real they dont ask for money upfront. If they really make 37,000 in one month why do they need to charge you 97.00....OH and WHOS BANK STATEMENT WOULD EVERY SHOW A DAILY BALANCE AS A CHEESY BARGRAPH!!!!!

I joined this program a few weeks ago misunderstanding what it really was. They offer a 45 day money back guarantee, but after e-mailing them 12 times and being insulted and then ignored, I have yet to get any satisfaction. I have come to mistrust any and all of these online work at home companies. I would be very interested if any of you have conections to the better business bureau or any connections that might help me get my money back. Their money back guarantee is false advertisement!

Thanks for sharing your experiences Wendy. There is no need to panic as there is a way to get refund for your purchase. Just go to the following url (only if you have paid through Clickbank) and fill the info of your purchase selecting "I would like to request a refund for this product" in the "Subject of your request:" field.

http://www.clickbank.com/cs/cs-inquiry.cgi

For information on filing refund requests through PayPal, visit:
http://www.paypal.com/be/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_help-ext&eloc=0&loc=1400& source_page=_home&flow=

Your refund should be processed in a day or two. Please keep us posted on the status of your refund.

I have been screwed so many times by these time of companies i maybe lost about $200-300 dollars on these scams. The reason i keep trying is because i have a crappy job working part-time and minimum wage, i don't have a vehicle to get around and have my son in school, the job that i have is close to my house and that's why i have to keep it,it's tuff ! it doesen't seem like it but it is. so please take my advice, and don't be screwed.

It is VERY important that you contact the newspapers and REPORT scams. Often the newspapers have NO CLUE that what they are posting is trash.

After reading online about HomeTypers.com, I took the initiative to call the paper and they thanked me and took my name and number to call me back if there are any questions.

ANYTIME, BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING, ALWAYS TYPE THE NAME OF THE BUSINESS FOLLOWED BY THE WORD SCAM IN A SEARCH ENGINE, I use Google, but any will do.

If you are looking for a legite job on the internet, then the internet is the BEST place to verify legitimacy OF ANYTHING!

I thank sites like this for protecting us from garbage offers and scams just by being here for the rest of us.

I'm a Senior Systems Software Engineer and have been a consultant for 25+ years. This was going to be a breeze (BIG MONEY FOR ME), as I don't have to type ANYTHING (based on what I read at HomeTypers.com)... just think about it...

I write a program with a browser, and any text I select is automatically copied the clipboard. I simply write a program to parse the text and paste it AUTOMATICALLY line by line into the correct fields.

Basically, for the amount of money I could make on their system, HEY! Why even think about being a lawyer (one of the most crooked best paid jobs around)? I settled for being a Sr. Systems Software Engineer. The most I have been paid is $300 net per day with $111 of it being totally non-taxable.

It has taken me years to get to this level and the software industry is in a constant state of change. When someone with NO SKILLS (compared to most jobs) can CUT & PASTE and make more than a skilled worker -- BEWARE!!!

IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN UNLESS YOU OWN YOUR OWN BUSINESS, OR GO INTO BUSINESS SCAMMING OTHER PEOPLE!!!

If you're thinking about the latter -- DON'T DO IT!

Thank God for "what you do have" daily, and keep pressing forward. You are the BEST at what you LOVE to do. God put it there (in your spirit) for a reason. Turn your likes into money. Don't know what you're good at? That is what friends are for!

God Bless and Stay Safe!

So true! Most of us remain unsuccessful because we think about money first, rather than thinking about what we are good at. Of course money is important but we tend to give too much importance to it thereby shadowing our inner creativity and intelligence, which is unique to every individual.

I tried that years ago...and it is a scam. They want you to place ads in papers that do not accept those kinds of ads.

Hey wendy, I just made the same mistake. I wish I would have found this website first. I paid the same amount only there was a 60 day money back guarentee. I was wondering if you ever got your money back. I hope that I get mine back. I feel so dumb for doing that. It's hard to trust anyone these days huh? Well please let me know
Thanks for all the info. Davana

I am soooo glad that I did not join in the scam game!!
I came inches from doing it because it all sounded good. The address and sending to a person was weird and I even sent them an e-mail to ask them why the $90 dollars to join and not $30 to get only the serious to join? They NEVER returned an e-mail with an answer.
I was just looking for another work at home job aside from my other work from home business.

Hey! If anyone is looking for a legit work from home business e-mail me at myprincess8@netzero.com and I'll tell you about the one I am already doing and loving!!

I wouldn't say this program is a scam. You people are just getting the wrong idea about the program. It is clearly stated in their website that you'll be typing ads for companies and they're going to be splitting the profits with you. So in other words the program is based on commission sales. If you look at the sales stats on their page you can tell it is based on sales you generate through your ads you type online. I wouldn't look at this as a scam. Many people just get the wrong impression about this site.. It never said you'll be getting paid per ad you type, so make sure you read the site to understand exactly what you're getting in too. Just my two cents

No it's not clearly stated! The entire sales letter is grossly misleading. Yes it does say that ...you'll be typing ads for companies and they're going to be splitting the profits with you... but it also says ...Your pay is based on how often you type and submit these forms online. There is no limit to how much typing you may do for these companies. The more typing you do the more successful you will be with this program... and also ...These companies are willing to pay you typing simple ads like this one above! Imagine how many ads you can type daily! You could make from $200-$950 or more each and every day typing at home...

You and I may be knowing that it's a Clickbank account stats page but a newbie would have no idea.

Hi Guys,
Interesting how this seemed to be a scam!! Im a stay at home and was interested in this about a month or so. I had to decide between homtypers.com or Momexecs and SO after reading this Im glad to know that the company I chose was legit!!! Im sorry guys.
You know what there are some real honest work at home opportunites but just like any scams that can be out there you got to do some research and unfortunatley its just too bad that there are a lot of scamers out there preying on people like us that are trying to make a decent living...

If any of you are really truly interested in working at home there are opportunities.. and my company does offer that to men and women but like any job its not easy and you do have to work.

opthalmic_mgs@yahoo.com

GOOD LUCK to you guys on your quest!!

I have asked for my money back, because I asked a friend to help me to see what they really want you to do, since I was unable to understand how it really works and it was an eye opener, believe me. This is a scam of note. basically you have to pay to advertise products for other companies and if you do manage to sell something, they split the profits with you. What the advertisment fails to tell you is the fact, that you are paying for the advertisments of companies which sell products. You pay per click on google for instance, which was the one place I was directed to and believe me the amounts could be staggering, depending on the amount of words you choose. This is a scam of note.

Hi all,
Talking about Home Typing job, I personally had an experience with it in my country.

But of course, I'm not sure whether what hometypers.com is doing the same with what I've encounter, but do take extra caution when they need you to pay before you work for them.

In physical world, after the interview and joining a company, we will work for the employer and they will pay us salary the end of the month, no one company will ever ask to pay to work for them, unless is an investment.

And below is an email that I sent out to those who reply with my ad about this 'Home Typist' job offer, just share what my experience and observation on it.

"Dear friends,
Thanks for your interest on the 'Home Typist Job', and also sorry for the late reply. It's being a reason I'm observing how true and how well this job could be. After my own evaluation, I don't think this is a real job for you to work on.

For the first time I saw their ad, I were like you to sent in my inquiry email, then they reply me back with an acceptance email, but for me to work for them I'll need to pay them a earnest deposit of USD100 (RM380), they have a real person to answer your question before you pay them, and they'll tell you is to help them to place ad on the net, for every response I got, they'll pay me USD 0.15, and only until my earning reach USD100, they'll then refund my deposit to me! Beside placing ad on the internet, he told me they'll need me to help to type some webs or documents content and will pay me accordingly, everything sound real and good, then I paid!

After they received my payment, they sent me an email with 3 different ads included (home typist wanted, merchant account and cheap tobacco), and instructed me to place it online, so I did, and all of the responses I got are from 'home typist'... I did forward those responses to them at first, but later I sense that this is not right, because all those people I forwarded to them, they'll tell them the same story and required them to pay the earnest deposite instead of earning my income (I'll need to forward them at least 667 responses to accumulate enough of USD100 for me to get back my deposit)! and some more they never send me other job assignment until now!

I am seaching for real work-at-home job or program since 3 years back, there are some real good programs out there, but of course we need to put in our own efforts as well to earn the income. I just don't like to mislead you and cause you in paying money to someone instead of earning some extra income.

I tell you what I've experience here, and I sincerely hope that we won't waste our hard earn money here. Also, I'll inform you, when I earn a real money from any other real work-from-home job or program. "

regards,
Joanne

Hi, this is the very first time I'm making a post on such scam topics.

I've been reviewing biz ops on the internet for a year plus and I realize one thing... no matter how great a business is... there is bound to have some suckers out there abusing and crowning the word "scam" on those legit businesses.

I'm talking about legit businesses.

To a skeptic, anything on the internet is a scam and this kind of people is never gonna get a real biz op and get success because they simply don't trust anything.

They don't have the right mental attitude and going for get-rich-quick. They are lazy to go over the details before they make the decision then after when they feel they have been scammed they started to curse and swear.

But thanks to these suckers because they are there to make those successful people stand out.

Of course there are certain things I don't really like about many of the legit businesses especially when they show people the tens of thousands you can earn in a matter of months. This gives people the wrong impression that anyone could make that amount in a few short months.

I have to caution everyone here... if you're brand spanking new, don't expect to make that kind of money in a few short weeks or months. What they show you is probably the result of a super internet marketing expert that is doing that business and getting that kinda money.

I personally have seen one, my marketing mentor. He has been doing online marketing for about 6 years now. He was not so well versed initially (like any rookies) but he learnt through the hard way and after gathering 4 years of experience he took up a turnkey online business and in his first month, he earned about $15,000, and then he became the number one income earner in that turnkey business for two consecutive years.

But when I got into the same online business he is in, the first month I was only making $10. And the second month was about $100 over dollars. What's the difference here?

It's the different skill level that we both have.

When he got into that business, he has already had 4 years of online marketing experience and skill and when I got into that same business I was super brand spanking new to the marketing world.

What I'm trying to bring out is... you gotta have the right mindset. If you're willing to step outside your comfort zone and learn what you need in order to really make tons of money online, you will be like that mentor of mine.

By the way, making money is a skill.

On the contrary, if you're just one of the suckers out there trying some online surveys or home jobs or businesses for a few days or a few short weeks and not making thousands of dollars, then you start to make postings slamming that websites, I think it's time for you to do some soul searching.

Have you done what you're told? Did you adopt a positive attitude in learning? Do you know there is no get-rich-quick? Do you know there is no such things as something for nothing? Are you being fair to them and yourself? Are you being honest? Do you have integrity? etc...

I don't know about you people, but I think it's high time you do something to change your attitude if you're able to realize what I've just mentioned. You better do it or you're not going anywhere because you will be blaming others and complaining.

"Nothing on earth can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude." ~ Thomas Jefferson

All the best to you guys and gals,

Wisely Lim

P.S. Please... be someone worth respect. Upgrade yourself and do some self development instead of going around slamming others. There is a pretty good book "How I retired at 26" by Asha Tyson that I'd like to recommend to you people.

This book will teach you how to de-excusilize -- meaning to stop giving excuses and complain when you can't get to the level you desire.

The sole difference between success and failure is you! Yes, you! You are your own worst enemy. But you don't realize it, and you keep blaming somebody or something else.

So this book is right up your "alley" (so to speak).

"Think and Grow Rich" by Napolean Hill is famous among those millionaires, this book will show you how powerful it is to have the right mindset.

Hope you all enjoy these two books.

I haven't got positive reports yet from people reporting to Clickbank snickers. I'm not sure what's wrong with their service. However, report to them first. If you don't get any reply, then I guess you'll have to report to your credit card company and request for a chargeback.
