Im looking for somthing that I can sign up for, pay for a mass mailer to get my site out to millions,and actually get a decent return because the products WORKS or is at least interesting enough to get people to buy it. Please do not ADVERSTISE to me, im looking for advise.

Posting on craigslist helps like pcwork advised you. Sometimes depending on what kind of mass mailer you use, you may not be targeting the type of people who would be interested in what you have to offer or have the funds. I do a variety of marketing, plus my business offers some great products that are very helpful in marketing any kind of business. Do you homework and you'll find what works for you!
