I need everyone's help on Best Software for running an online business. I intend to purchase several paid programs to boost my marketing for one of my sites and to aid me in the creation of my four new site projects.

I'd really appreciate some input. I'd largely prefer desktop software though I am open to online stuff if necessary.

It would be best, although not necessary, if you have actually used it/them yourself.

I'm talking PAID software only :)

The cost of an individual program can be as high as $500.00. If it is an online tool, it can't top $500.00 for a 12 month subscription.

1. AutoResponder (some say GetResponse, Aweber...)

2. Keyword Analyzer/Niche Digger (some say AdwordAnalyzer, KeywordsAnalyzer, WordTracker, keyworddiscovery, ...)

Not overly concerned about keyword density, though that would be a nice bonus. I want to niche dig aka seek tail keyword phrases.

3. Campaign Software (This one I know nothing about since I have always created my own methods)

4. Additional helpful tools - suggestions appreciated!

I have used AWeber before and had good luck with it. I had created a campaign that sent about 25 emails to prospects spread out over a couple of months. I can't remember how much it is per month, but it was not expensive at all. Hope this helps.

Cindy

PS. This was not desktop software, but you probably knew that already.

1. Autoresponder: Aweber, all of the way! I've heard Get Response is ok, but Aweber is a lot simpler - and it only cost $20 a month with a 30 day money back guarantee.

2. Keywords Tool: Wordtracker. I've used Keywords Analyzer as well, but it is not nearly as quick as Wordtracker. The main drawback of Wordtracker, however, is that it doesn't track Google PPC campaigns, which Keywords Analyzer does.

3. Campaign Software: I don't have an answer for you on that one - can you be more specific?

4. Other Tools: Wealthy Affiliate has a bunch of tools that you can use which come with your membership, including link tracking, research, keyword generation, Google top listings, and other tools you will find very useful.
