I am trying to figure out how people are uploading their photo's
Can some one let me know.
I am sure it's not hard, but I can not seem to find it.

I'm not too sure myself, but when I try to upload it says I have to belong to a photo site so I joined photobucket. I think that's it's name. Anyway it's free. Usually a browser prompt will show up and I click on the photo I want and it's done. Somebody with more experience can explain better. I hope this helps some.

In the link bar on top, click on "Profile". Scroll down a little and you will see where you can update (or add) your advatar. Just follow the directions there.

If you go to profile, click on upload new avatar, there is a "how to" link above right of the browse button that takes you to a site where you can upload a pic and resize it to fit the guidelines.
