Yes they are GDI members and if you sign up you are signing up for THEIR GDI marketing plan essentially.
Much like many others they have built a system around GDI.

Well in a nut shell GDI is a company that allows you to earn money by promoting domain names.
Essentially you purchase your own domain name for $10 a month. You then promote GDI to others and for every person who signs up under you, you earn $1 per month until he or she cancels their subscription.
That's pretty much GDI in a nutshell. There are bonuses for volume, it can be a slow starter, but whatever you put in front end you get back 10 fold in the back.... As it's residual, I personally haven't signed anyone up in a few weeks, as anyone who signs up I've been relocating to my downline, and my downline has just blow up.

There is another system called Team GDI Pro. I really like their concept. I think you would too. At this time, they are upgrading and improving their system.
