I'm having trouble with the login on the teleconferent.
Can someone please post the info for the phone call in and the code. I can't get on the site to find it... down for the new platform! YEA!!!
By the way, I finally got my credit today for the rest of my Miami purchases! Apart from the backpay owed and some days of surfing not paid yet... we are even steven! Very excited!
Thanks for posting the phone number and entry code for tonight's phone conference!

OOPs.. call had dropped out and didn't know it... (Insert bamboo xylophone poorly played here....)

JUAN - tomorrow everything should be up and running tomorrow and don't worry about credits.
They now have a call center is taking the overflow of calls.
Please be patience... they are working towards resolve. Cust service is open 9am to 11:30pm at night.
ADAM - Appreciate all your work! Whole group appreciates the job they're doing to resolve issues.

Juan seemed to be on another phone call telling someone that all will be well, while customers (we) were there waiting. We could hear him in the background. The calls are very chaotic, but, as with all of the growing elements of this company, we hope that this will be handled better in the future.

Here is what is on ASD today
ASD SYSTEM UNDERGOING UPGRADE
After many days of preparation the new foundation for the ASD Web program is being prepared to come on-line as you read this. For now, the ASD Version 1 Web program will sit on this new foundation. The creation of Version 2 will occur in the weeks to come and will be placed on this foundation when completed. We are working through the night to get this evolution accomplished as early as possible tomorrow, Tuesday, July 22, 2008. The technical staff of ASD have been working very hard to reach this point and are very excited about this first large step. Thank you for your patience.
