Just wondering of anyone else has this problem.
In my account, it is set to "secure login". Since I can't login, I can't change this! The ol' catch 22.
With that, if the IP address one normally logs in with is different, the system will send you a Pin Code.
Today, 25 Jul 08, I am finally able to get to log into the site. But the system sends a "blank" pin code, which is not accepted.
I have submitted a ticket and encourage anyone with this problem to submit a ticket.

Hi Tom!
My brother had the exact same problem. He did submit a ticket and got a response within an hour! However, this first response was a based on a misunderstanding, and so he submitted another ticket this afternoon. Again, he got a response within 30 - 40 minutes, acknowledging that they knew about the problem but were unable to do anything to help those affected as the system was "closed" and not available to them either.
I, on the other hand, has not had this kind of problem at all! Bottom line, I nevertheless feel better about ASD each and every day! The wwebsite and login problems should be ended next week, and then it is full speed ahead again!

Call the office on Monday and ask them to uncheck the secure login option on your page for you.

Panman: Thanks! I still have yet to hear back from ASD but I did read that the site is not fully up again so I'll wait.
alasycia: Thanks for the advice! I may just call in Monday.
When the site does come back up, pin codes will probably be sent and I will definitely UNCHECK secure login!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
