If you work doing an online system and bringing in money ( Clickbank is writing out my checks) , do I have to get my own business name? I am so worried about getting in trouble earning money from home without a business name. I am going to pay taxes but maybe I should have a DBA or something?

Last I heard you don't have to have a biz name to do biz.

However, if your income is significant, it's been consistant over several months, and you expect it to remain consistent, you might consider at least creating a DBA.

With a DBA you get tax write-offs and branding.

If you have or will have employees, you might create an LLC or a Corporation.
