The statistic that should be a motivating force for us to focus on is.... - If a new rep earns an income within their first 30 to 60 days, they remain in the industry over twice as long as those that do not earn a profit in this early phase. The point I am trying to make is, we as sponsors and team leaders need to do all we can to ensure our prospects realize a profit as soon as we can.
