If you are looking for a way to track visitors for you website, I'd suggest Statcounter. You can use this software for free, and it is very easy to install the stat tracking code it generates for you - all you have to do is copy and paste it into a section on your website.

You can get it at Statcounter.com

I second that - it is an awesome tool to have and as getagrip said - it's free. We like free around here.

I agree with both of you! I have used statcounter since I started with trying to make money online and it clearly shows you the traffic you are drawing! Kudos to this site because it is VERY easy!

 Hey guys,

I'm just wondering what makes it better than Google Analytics?

I use Google Analytics (it's FREE too!!) and it tells me about visitors (new/returning), their browsers, location, their referral link, the time they spent on pages, their 'bounce' rate, what they typed into the google search engine to find the site...

You can also set 'goals' - for example, when a visitor reaches your 'Thank You' page (i.e. their payment has just been processed through your site).

Yeah... I'm just being lazy in not trying out statcounter for myself but that's what forums are for...

 Toodle pip!
