Does anyone know of a manual article submission service which allows:
Each article submitted to 10 directories only
Only 10 submissions per day
So, for example, I could have 10 articles submitted to 100 directories, 10 each, over a period of 10 days.
Any ideas would be great!

Are you submitting to 10 different directories each day?
You can google and do it yourself.
I do that too.
