Does anyone own Lead Page Generator by Chris Koehl??
I want to find out how simple/complex is it to build your own pages and upload them to your hosting acct??
Any advice is appreciated.

You can use a simple PHP form and ask your visitor to enter details

Get some HTML training.
It is easy to create form in HTML.
