Hey nkaufman,
Did you try goin to the PetSmart, or any other Pet store and ask if there is a need for such a Limited Service?
I don't know if there is enough of a need to be viable for a Small Business.
I'd investigate this a lot further, not to sound negative, but how many people would buy the product?

I think most vets sell pet insurance. Why not be a dog-walker or sitter or even a house sitter. .... or a dog-groomer?
