Hi all,
As the site is being worked on, it is up and down like a yo-yo! LOL We can expect this to continue until the mddle of next week, at least.
Whilst this is happening - there will be times that your user name is not accepted for a few hours, when the turing number does work etc etc. You will also find that when you can get it - certain features, including the surfing DO NOT WORK. And you will see that not all days have been credited yet.
As this is nearly always a result of the system being worked on by the IT guys, PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN TICKETS about it.
It is blocking up the ticket system, and leaving individual problems that need help to the back of the queue.
It would help all the members if everyone went and closed tickets that have either been resolved in the past or relate to the above issues!
Remember if you have a problem, it will be in a queue behind a thousand tickets saying - the site is down! It wont accept the turing number etc etc.
Just a suggestion to ease the pressure on a system we all need access to.
And the same applies to unecessary phone calls.

Most important are we getting global credits till next week?If yes it won't be necessary to surf and that way the website won't be that crowded.

ASD is bringing on alot of this themselves.. making promises that get pushed back daily.. we are working on this and we are working on that. Howerver in the meantime please tell everyone you know and have them send us their money.
I am waiting.. and waiting.. I am wondering though WHY they took the site down during the Chicago show?
They said they took it down in Miami to record the monies and I have yet to see my Miami money in my account, my down line either. SO they were not putting in monies or at the very least never finished - I even turned in my checks within the first 45 minutes of the Miami show. Still nothing.
I am waiting .. but I have to say this is getting pretty old. If they brought in 29 Million in Miami there really is no excuse for this downtime nor taking the time to push Chicago monies before ours.
Yes call me jaded today.. but enough is enough. I am not happy some say their Chicago money has already been credited... where is mine from last week.. what about my friends I took with me that put their checks in with mine???
I am tired of giving excuses to my friends and family.. and no I do not really want your opinion on risks of other businesses etc.. I just want the money we gave them to be credited so we can start this venture or call it quits.
Enough is enough......................
and of course I can still not surf... and can barely log in. I bet the site worked just fine for them to bring in another 30 Million or so yesterday though.

They announced that all the Miami monies had been dealt with except for some that were not legible and had errors.
SO In this case you should send a ticket with MIAMI RALLY PURCHASE STILL NOT CREDITED in the title, and call the office with the ticket in front of you. And contact your sponsor for help.
They closed the site yesterday for the reasons they stated. It is being worked on AND they have to add a lot of stuff at once. It makes sense!
Yes we are getting credited for the days while they are working on the site.
I have been with this company for a very long time and one thing that I have always experienced is that when they say they will pay us THEY DO. I understand your frustration, admis issues have been a feature of ASD for a while, but integrity has not.

I understand how you're feeling, Shawn. But, Andy did say in the newsletter that was sent out yesterday that it would be several weeks before all Miami monies were posted--and unlike the ASD News site this newsletter says rebates will be back-dated to July 14 not 15.
I haven't seen my cashier's check post yet either (and I don't think it's due to errors or not being legible--I was EXTREMELY careful when entering information)...but I'm happy to wait in exchange for the back-date on rebates. I was expecting it to take a couple of weeks anyway.
Again, I can only imagine how you feel with friends and relatives all looking to you for answers. Personally, I'm waiting to present this program until after site is working well.

Can someone tell me if I put say $500 in and I decide I dont want to continue can I cash out that amount as well as the rebates I have earnt?

No I am not, but have tickets and calls to make for my referrals and am often waiting in a long queue of people asking when the site is coming back up or if they are going to paid and the tickets - the same.
So I am asking as a member who has to wait in line and would like the line to be shorter.
And if members would try to follow the news site instead of sending tickets or making unnecessary calls it would help all of us. I remember that when I am waiting in line!!LOL

Nigel, technically no, you have bought advertising, but I believe that Andy did say something on that one on a call that I unfortunately missed.
Maybe someone else here can help.
And I cant imagine why you would want to get out of it. With a 500$ start, you will be able to cash out enough to recuperate your original sum and continue to make money within a relatively short space of time.
We need a 500$ expert here to tell you exactly when!

I know that everything in life is a gamble....but I like a large degree of calculated risk these days, as I have been scammed like heaps of people on here. ....As it is a "loss leader" program ,in my mind once the rallies around the country are over and huge amounts of money have changed hands.....whats to stop the withdrawal of rebates? as it clearly states in the legality statement.? According to the presentation ( from what I remember) it is day 369 with a $500 investment before cashing out is worth it........between now and day 369 all I might end up with is $500 in ad packs and rebates earnt but not cashed?....I imagine that if it is decided rebates are to cease there will be such a rush to "cash out" that some people will miss out on uncollected rebates, or the program folds altogether and people end uip with nothing?.....tell me if I am not understanding this correctly?

Since I posted the above message there has been 265 views and not one response?.....A bit daunting really.....I dont want to seem like a "doubting Thomas".......but I was hoping someone with reason and logic could tell me that I am incorrect?....I want this program to work as much as anyone else but I fear loss...?It seems to me that if you have heaps of cash to put in now that you will make money straight away.......If you only have $500 to put in your patience for investment growth might not pay off.....maybe it will?....maybe it wont?....

Hi Nigel - no reply from me because we were asleep this side of the pond!
Why do you have to wait 365 days before cashing out rebates. Worth it is a relative expression. After 135 days of rebuying with your cash rebates you will have considerably more that 500$ to earn from and it is only a recommendation that you do not cash out before.
Some people save 20% to cash out from the beginning, some people start cashing out after 135 days, and some cash out more or on an "as and when" basis.
If you are earning rebates on 500$ of advertising, logically the sums will be smaller than if you have spent 5000$. But over time we all get to the same place.
Your patience depends on you and THIS IS NOT AN INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY! And it is not passive income. You are buyiing advertising and receiving a profit share. You also get to advertise as well, remember.
To increase the money you can make more rapidly, you can also earn comissions on referrals advertising purchases.
Having said that, it is certainly one of the safest and most trustworthy businesses that I have ever seen on the internet. It is not a fly by night internet opp from an office in "heaven knows where" run by "goodness knows who" from his back bedroom..
ASD is a compliant and legally consistituted corporation which has entered this market from the real offline business world. It has real offices and management and staff. And was set up by its Founder to help people earn moneywith a model that is legal and sustainable, in place of the previous attempts run on the internet that had been neither legal nor sustainable.
And a word - if the ponzis of the past had been sustainable - then they wouldnt have been ponzis. Their unsustainability has always been the issue that has brought them down. i.e when they can no longer pay what they have promised. If you look again at the ASD model you will see the difference.

Well I missed that announcement! I have 3 transactions for me and my downline done by Visa at the Miami show none of which have appeared... or at least as of yesterday morning... as I have not been able to get on the site since then.
I did get on yesterday and register my web sites - which was an achievement, but still couldn't surf more than 1 page, despite many attempts.
I just assumed they were still working on it!
Where and when was the announcement about Miami's all processed? And if mine is one that is illegible, which the guy processed something at the computer after standing in line for 2 1/2 hours... why haven't they sent me an email directly? I know they at least can read the member numbers!
This now has me very curious!

I started with $500 on June 10th, 2008. I have since taken out $100 and have decided to continually reinvest once the site is up and working again. I wanted to take out some cash just to prove to myself that it's still "there". The check has not bounced!
nigelpm: I want this program to work as much as anyone else but I fear loss...
I hate to be the grim reaper but it's my belief you get what you believe! It's the Law of Attraction thing. Iggy calls it "Brain Files".
Like you, I felt bad about a week after joining, when surfing slowed to crawl. Buyer's remorse I guess you could say.
Then I re-examined why I joined: the chance to earn rebates AND get my website viewed. I figured if nothing else, the exposure would be good! And so far it is!
I also thought $500 is not an awful amount to lose, should it disappear. But, it is also enough to earn some good rebates in the long run.
So now, when the site come back up, I will reinvest every $10 that comes in and put it to the test.
Also know that I see this as an extreme risk investment, regardless of how well known the company's owner is or how much good or bad press is given ASD.
However, being an Engineer, I say the POSSIBILTY exists for this system to work, no matter how slim or great the PROBABILITY of success is. Note, they are two different words!
Lastly: "Keep in mind that what you WANT, not what you don't want".
