My phone rings.. I see it my mom calling. I answer:
Me – Hello
Mom- Shawn?
Me - Hello mom.. how are ya.
Mom - I sent you this money and I ever since I can not get on the site!
Me - Yea I know.. me either.. they are so busy and they are upgrading
Mom - So where is my money? How can I get paid if they are not runnin? Who is it helping to just pay me when they are down but no one gets to see the adds?
Me - Mom they are working on it - I am not happy either. Im sorry I got you in last week just before they went down for who knows how long. I had no idea.
Mom - You would think if they are making that much money they would at least have a computer that worked. Why don't you go there and fix it? Can you call them to help? 
Me - It is a tad deeper than that but I agree, something needs to be done soon. My other line is beeping mom.. I will call you back later tonight.
Mom - Ok but I hope they are back up soon.. if I have to tell your father about this you know what will happen! 
Me - Yea I know mom.. Im trying. I will give them a call and see if they will let me help.. love ya.. bye
Mom - You should call them.. tell them your mom is not happy! Love you too.. bye.
Click over to other line: It is my good friend I stayed with while in Miami so I could take him to the show to put his money in...
Me - Hey man.. hows it going.
Him – Come on man.. you know why I am calling. You said they would be back up by Tuesday?
Me - Oh boy.... insert excuses apologies and sucking up here.
Beep.. other line.. my other friend that joined in Miami. I give up.
Wake me when they finally come back online.
So glad I started with family and best friends first!! What an impression they have of me and my grand ideas now!

Little people want this program to fail because they aren't involved and are searching for the misery in others to match their own.
How pathetic is it to go online to post negative stuff about a company they're not even involved with?

Good news on the website front. My sponsor said Andy is not happy with how the website progress is going and he personally hired 12 of the best internet specialists in the world to help get it running. They are there RIGHT NOW! Tomorrow morning we will have some great surfing.

Hi...you know I have been trying to sign up for days. It 'apparently ' went thru today BUT I did not receive a confirm email to activate...so I have no member # and tick tock-there goes the 24 hour special...
any ideas on how to get to the next step to get a member # and get activated?

I hate hearing this kind of stuff, I'm as optimistic as the next guy and would love for this to just run smooth, but when I continually hear things like this I think of other BS I've been introduced to and it irritates me more. Just say that you got some experinced tech guys working on it, not the top 12 in the world cuz thats BS, just say you bought a new building, why does it have to be the tallest in Quincy, why does it have to be a top law firm with offices all over the world who is going to sue everyone, just say you hired a great team of attorneys.
This kind of verbiage is what has me skeptical, be up front... when I sit in a business meeting I need facts not hype, simply name the law firm or tech company or say you bought a new building on such and such street and show a pic... let us do the research, all this hype stuff is sleazy old school salesman type ish...
Investigator I appreciate your input, you make valid points people should consider when getting involved in any company, I don't see you on here blasting the company.

I didn't get my money in within 24 hours, but I still got the 25% match... not to fret... if you are doing the right thing, I believe they will do the right thing by you!
This is ground floor... and with that comes some teething pains.
Regarding the site updates... I have been credited for the days we couldn't surf... and my check I sent with my sponsor was showing up in my ad packages a couple of days ago... the daily surfing did credit me including the add'l pkgs purchased in Miami.
However, my Visa purchases in Miami have not shown up as yet. They're still catching up... but it sure is great to see progress!
I've almost recouped my initial investment... now that's exciting!!!

If you have gone to the "Join Now" button and filled in all the details, including the sponsor who introduced you to the programme, you should be able to bring the site up and log in with your user name and password and you will see your member number on the page.
It should work - although you will have to wait until the site is up to do it! LOL

Let me say that everything that has been posted concerning Andy has been from Public Info and when a forum allows us to post the documents and the links to this public info we have done just that. Many of you claim to be stanch supporters of ASD and yet you have been unable to produce any documentation (just like Andy) to support all your spill concerning his many claims. The truth hurts!
I have even posted my name address and phone numbers and not one of Andy's 10,000 Attorney's has even made an effort to contact me. Why? Because they know that they can not show any proof to the contrary and if they are any type of Attorney I am sure they have told him that he does not have a leg to stand on more a less two.
Every question that has been asked with proof to back it up and yet we get no response other than the Cheerleaders with their Andy said he is going to sue. BULL! Andy is going to do nothing. So you continue with your Andy is God routine. We have accomplished what we have set out to do and that was to get people to use common sense. In the past week we can only guess as to the number of people that have walked away from this program and those that have joined in this past week are bigger fools than those that are already in the program and can not see the writing on the wall.
You all can not consider that you have been fooled and mislead. Sorry! It saddens me to think of all the friends and family that people are going to lose when this thing goes belly up and when a real program does come along they will laugh in your face.

I wanted to add that I understand how some people can be disillusioned and have a bad taste for what has happened. Frankly, I have seen it before in other companies who have gone through a trial period and disappointed people along the way.
We all have a right to our opinions and if someone is frustrated and venting...then so be it.
I personally have a good feeling about ASD (maybe its intuition or a "gut" instinct) but I can also see the other side. It depends upon our experiences and obviously not everyone has had positive experiences with online ventures. For that matter, some people who are completely new to this can be scared away by the people who are only proponents and not showing (in some cases) the others who are concerned their due respect.
This is just an observation.

Exactly proof of what from the company or Andy are you searching for The Grand Old Geezer/Investigator/whatever other screen names you use?

Are you really serious? I was just making a point of letting other people vent.
I have seen many people on this forum back up ASD and others disrespect the company.
People will make their own decisions based on everything they read.
Your reply is just substantiating what I just said.
The "get a life" thing was creative though...

I am responding here to logicalusa's post as to who I am...in particular, if I am going on as another screen name. I am not.
My name is Laura Licata and I am a member of ASD with a positive attitude about the company. I just don't believe in people who put others down for their concerns...even if they are not worded in the way some would like.
I'm a teacher, marketer and someone who is constantly interested in learning more about something I would invest in. I teach math but I also try to show respect and how to deal with people who are not always on the same page as you.
That's all it is.
