Sometimes we may come in contact with someone who has a genuine problem that we can solve with our product or service but can't afford to pay for it. That was the situation that I had to deal with today, I had to make a decision and decide the best thing to do. I decided to take the high road and help someone who really needed the help. It may have been a financial lose on my end but the feeling of satisfaction was greater than money.
