I've been home for less than 2 months and I think I want to go back to work in a REAL office environment. Please give me a good reason why should stay at home. My kids are driving me nuts. My husband is getting on my nerves! HELP!!!

Assuming that working at home is something you prefer, I suggest that you draw some boundries. I'd start with three or so rules that the family must follow such as:
1. Mom works during certain hours and mom can not be disturbed unless it is food time or there is an emergency (house is burning down, little Johnny just swallowed a baby turtle, or little Jenny just picked apples from the neighbors apple tree and is trying to sell them to the same neighbor).
2. It must be quite near mom's work areas during mom's working hours.
3. Husband needs to quit doing things that drive wife nutz.

Seriously I don't want to go back to a job(just.over.broke),I am going to reach my goals and realise the dream.

My best friend works at home and home shcools her 2 children, along with caring for her toddler. She has a lot to handle with a self-employed husband; she does all the bookkeeping for him and a few other small companies.
One word describes how she handles it all.....routine! She said you have to set a routine everyday and stick to it. Her 2 older kids wake up at 7:00 everyday, eat breakfast, get dressed, brush and start school at 8:00 sharp. They do the pledge, pray and then start their day. Their work time is her work time. They break for lunch and recess, but other than that, they are in class! The toddler is a little more work, but he has a room full of toys to entertain him while mommy works.
Even if you don't home school your kids, you can still set routines like TV time and outside time, craft time, play time, rest (nap) time. Just be consistent and they will adjust. You do have to treat your computer like your office though.
My husband would be the same way, so if I stayed home, he'd have to work!!!

Thanks guys! I'll stick to it and continue to try to work from home. I guess I was just mad at the time. I do not think I would ever want to go back to the office politics and ungrateful bosses. I just can't believe it's been almost 2 months already. Time flies when you are at home.
P.S. Hey Newbie... I like your #3 Rule.

Well, I've found that the firm yet fair approach including drawing boundries works well in pretty much any situation. I'm sure you'll smooth it all out before long.
