Hi everybody. I am new to the forum. Just found it today. My name is Patrick and I work from home not for myself but for my company. I have been doing this now for 4 years. I joined to keep in contact with the outside world and to keep my losing my sanity (probably lost it already) LOL. Hope to have great conversations with all of you!

Hi Patrick,

I can imagine it would get a little 'lonely' working at home if you don't have a lot of family or colleagues that you can chit-chat to about your activities.

I hope you'll enjoy meeting folks here in the forum and finding some camaraderie to add a little light and shade to your days.

What type of work do you do from home for your company?

Blessings,
Angie

Hello Patrick,

You've found just the place to help you hold on to what's left of your sanity. If you're lucky you might even recover a portion of it.

Welcome to our happy "asylum".

Hermas

Hi Patrick,

Welcome. And speaking for myself, sanity isn't a requirement to join in the conversations here because I lost mine ages ago .

On a serious note though, the people here are great and you'll surely find the interaction you seek here amongst people who are in similar boats... even though some are on rafts, others are on yachts, some lay on surf boards, etc. but you get what I'm saying though.

I'm in a stand alone dinghy myself, so I mainly play catch up to the bigger vessels in these waters *giggle*.

LOL - And I come here at times to escape the outside world and find people that still HAVE some sanity!

Or at least make use of what they have left.

Welcome - glad to have you.

Hi Riderman,

Yeah I have been working as a virtual assistant since 2005 and working from home can drive you a bit dilly.

Since I have taken up affiliate marketing I think i have now just gone completely mad!

I come here to get away from the hectic life and chill a bit ... remind myself that there are other people out there and the companies not to shabby either

Hi Patrick,

Welcome to the forum.

Sitting behind a pc kind of makes everyone lose it unless you are able to meet real people outside of the pc. That is what I am finding.
Have a great weekend.
Cheers
Paolo
