Hi Again,
One quick note about a very exciting new development with the Closing Center:
As of today (I just found out about this myself!) , we now have a Closers-specific resource to obtain up to a *$10,000 credit line* to join!
This means that if you are ready to reap all the rewards of Coastal membership, but are struggling to find the money, that you can apply with our special credit option - allowing a new member to join at the Premier level or above.
This is all the information I have right now, but I will post more as I find out...

Sounds interesting..
Far as I was aware, there was a group of the BOD working on something similar- open to ALL coastal directors! Just a pilot at the moment; I was told to wait 30 days!

That's great!
I'll be glad to have another option to offer people besides the standard credit lines I usually direct people to use.
