Hi All,
My director has gone MIA and I have a question about the Level 3 release form. At the top it asks for a Level 1 Coastal ID #. Is that my Level 1 ID # or the ID # of my director who has gone MIA.

Hi Jennie,
If you are placing an order with the shipping center, you'll put YOUR member number in that location.
