I like to get people through the 7 day training online and then through some of the PD in the CSG backoffice first. Then I will start them on some extracurricular PD as in adjunct to the intensive one on one training I do. I then am able to send them what is particularily suited to them and their needs. I love that this business and the PD will help people in all areas of their lives, and that is why I am so involved, hands on and committed to my team. I really care about their happiness and success all around. I will also refer and recommend their application to the Coastal Success team should they wish to earn 6 figures in their first 6-12 months with Coastal. The Success team also features an extensive PD lending library.
I love Tony Robbins! I have everything he has done!
I know, isn't the virtual assistant neato! I often check my computer and have notifications that someone has watched the movie, read the profile, requested that I call them and also registered for the global theatre! Its very refreshing, and is why I don't "chase" prospects. More often then not, they are chasing me because my toll free number is also on all of my materials. Its why I make the majority of my sales in under an hour of my personal time, the system is so inclusive!
I'm so very glad you took me up on my suggestion and joined the CSG Terri! I'm happy to see that it is working out for you, just as I knew that it would! Really, we do have the best support and technology out there. I did do the homework, so I know its the case. I know from some of my associates that there are really BIG things coming yet again later on this year that will give us even more tools to work with. I'm glad to see that you are discovering it for yourself too, and adding that power to your own business. I think you can see why we say you are in business for yourself, but never BY yourself~! The more, the merrier!
Keep having fun!

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Not sure if it's available on Amazon but if you look I'm sure you'll find it.

Truly, the pleasure is all mine Terri!
I'm so very excited aobut this business, the people and the CSG that I feel it not only my duty but my obligation to tell people about it!
I'm so glad that you have that divine entrepreneurial heart and spirit and that you are growing each and every day. You and only you can take credit for your success at the end of the day, but for my very small part in sharing I thank you in return!

You guys are a great support, thanks!!
And Terri, I am with you, the more I learn the more excited I am!!
I do have a question, do you guys talk to people, then make up your mind whether they have a special situation or not? (Going back to accepting payments) How do you decide....I just want everyone to be able to afford it, I think they all need it......How do you decide??
Thanks Lindsay

Hi Lindsay!
I go with my gut feeling! I listen not to their words, but there intention. I will bend over backwards to help someone, but am conscious that I can't DO it FOR them- only hold out my hand in support and show them the path.
IF they show that they are serious and industrious, I will sit down with them and brainstorm to come up with an idea that will work for them. I'm open to just about anything- but they must show that they WANT it not that they ust want to go the easy way and "hope" for the best and "try" it. As far as I am concerned I am looking for people who KNOW their actions will be towards the best for them and will DO it! To some people, a serious commitment is truly a small monetary amount- if that is all they have but they are doing their utmost that is FINE with me. Where there is a will, there IS a way. I look for that willingness, when and if I see it I will work with them to DO WHATEVER IT TAKES!
Hope that helps!

I'm a sap too. I had to learn to toughen up. It helps if you keep in mind that they can DO it, but that you can't want it more for them then they do for themselves.
So look for that willing spirit, that shows they have the determination to stick it out. Otherwise you are just wasting your time and they will think it is the business. Its not ever the business, its always themselves. The sad reality is that MOST people are broke today because of what they did in the past. If they don't have the willingness to change that behaviour, it wouldn't matter if you handed them a millionaire winning lottery ticket. They would be right back to where they are now in record breaking time. Statistics prove that.
Its a good thing to take chances on people- but you will have to learn just what to look for and how to find it and bring it out. I wish I could just tell you the "secret" but it really is an individual thing. Again, it is that WHY that is so crucially important. They must have a very strong WHY and then they will find their success with your assistance. If they can't get away from moaning, complaining or quitting then you will just be allowing them to hurt themselves even more.
Cheers

Thanks Jani,
I think I understand what you mean, and I really have to listen to them.....beyond their words!! I think it's about understanding their need for change, and their is no point in reaching out to them if they can't reach out for you, right?
I don't have a problem seeing the success in this business.....It is proven, and it's in the money making industrie(s) Travel and Home Business.....I just need to help others to see it too....
As I have heard - Successful people see opportunity, others see risk!

That is it exactly. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink.. granted I don't see people as livestock. I see them as valuable individuals that I may or may not be able to connect with and give a leg up to. I have heard it said that the difference between an opportunity and a gamble is information. I love that analogy- it is why my aim is to have everyone informed as much as humanly possible!
Best wishes
