We've touched on the UFirst Financial program that the Coastal Synergy Group has chosen to partner up with and announced in Las Vegas. While I've not heard a thing new about it in the last few months...I do understand that in October they'll be promoting it.
Here's an option where you can get the HELOC Benefits WITHOUT the $3500 fee.

free of charge. They also offer the HELOC to go
along with it if that's what you want to do.
