Im glad this conversation turned a bit towards voice systems. As I have been posting I am getting a ton of leads for a great price using my Fun Time program but I have a problem. I get 40,000 leads for $300 a month. I would like to automate a system to call back a large majority of these leads. Give them some detailed instructions on how to contact me to receive a vacation. I have been looking at Contact Mate. It seems good but I use Skype but am thinking of getting another phone service just for this calling. Heck its a business expense. Any suggestions? I also want to know if any of you use any such systems and what do you like best? I appreciate the help.

I have a well rounded travel business. Its kind of like going into Super Walmart. You can get your groceries , the car battery and some good deals on clothes for the family. When I get a prospect its about their needs. Maybe $1295 is too much but $200 for inteletravel isnt. How many people have told you they didnt have money for a coastal package then you saw pictures of their next vacation months later? With other opportunities and my business being well rounded I can get a bigger piece of the travel pie. It's just good business. I always hope they say they want a platinum package but thats not always the case so I hedge my business by having other products. So my answer is I promote my travel opportunity and all it includes.

At most, if fully streamlined, Contact mate can only focus on 200-300 calls a day.
So, you need a voicebroadcasting tool like voiceshot, protus or hyperdial to make massive calls for you, with one voice recording you do, where they call 10000 an hour and send all the calls of people calling you back into your "SYSTEM"
Like anything, you have to SYSTEMIZE it, so
1. you take yourself out of equation from answering the call backs
2. you automate the information delivery, while pushing people further and further down the sales funnel, getting as much info, automated, so in the end of the funnel they call you and say... Here is my money... I want in, teach me how you just took me through this wonderful system.
I have teammates using voicebroadcasting getting tons of leads.
with the 40,000 leads from funtime, you can create an automated information delivery system, where you call them, and push them into a 24 hour message to further qualify them on retail sale of a package or on biz opp, separate into those catagories and then spend you time selling to the ones who have the:
1. time
2. interest
3. access to money

Hey Jeff,
Yes....I do prefer calling my leads. I'm beyond the whole "fortune is in the follow up" side of things as the people who are interested will call me back.
I've used Voice Shot and it was OK. I'm just not totally sold on automation when it come to making phone calls.

Hey Jeff,
With Contactmate, Bill and I have found you should only send 250 per BATCH but we have sent over 1000 per day. The trick it to only send 2 at a time. There is a setting that lets you adjust that. So it is still automated, just staggered, not all at once.
Since we are new to voiceblasting, I would love to hear some success stories and how I can put contact mate to work in that capacity. Any ideas about that, or maybe we can do a training call on it? If there is some out there, let me know and I would love o catch up on it. Since I have it, I want to use it!
