Hi Adam!
Nice to see you here! Good points you made. Are you now helping out the funtime people with their leadership?
I have to tell you, I looked that that opportunity a month or so ago- I was flatly unimpressed with the knowledge of the leaders I was speaking with, the system that was in place and also the single opt-in incentivized leads program. I'm a VERY hard sell mind you- it could be that I was just speaking with the wrong people? I know a lead is a lead is a lead.. but really, that amount of leads for $300/month?
I'm impressed to hear it is working for you though- especially since you HAVE had so much success with the CSG. You know I'm a loyal fan of you and April! I watched you every step of the way!!
It makes sense to me that you looked into it for lead generation- that is exactly what I did as well. At the end of the day, though- I did not find something I could put my name behind, and did not see how I could represent another business in addition to the CSG. Travel or not. I know many directors DO- but to me, it puts out the wrong message somehow about my success and its duplicability and I couldn't wrap my head around HOW to keep that time freedom, and spend as much time with my serious coastal associates as I do. Let alone how to run 2 separate businesses, look after my 2 year old, manage a farm AND have a life! I need a solid SYSTEM that I can stick to like glue and watch work for me or I sink like a stone!
How do you manage your time with both businesses? What exactly do you DO with all of those leads to sort them well? Are you marketing coastal to your prospects, or are you marketing funtime? Both? How?
I'd actually love to chat with you sometime, if you have any!
Cheers and continued MASSIVE success to you and your lovely wife;
Jani Teeter L3 Director, CSG
