What kind of letters are you looking for?

Summary letters?
Intro letters?
Who are you directing them to?
How specific do you want to be? How general?

b2b - I suggest telling them why they NEED this, how it will help with sales, employees, clientele, etc....

Include the multiple uses - personal, business, gifts, incentives, give aways, promotions, donations, etc.

Be sure to tell them it is a tax write-off.

Tell them facts such as "The number #1 thing employees want from their employers is a vacation, not money, not time off, but travel!"
"Traveling is healthy, it makes people happy, happy employees are more efficient/productive employees"

If you are trying to be specific to a certain industry, try to include a marketing idea for them, it will help them to realize the value.

As for fundraising, I would include something about how it is better than most fundriasers - not fattening junk food (candy, cookies, popcorn), not time insensitive (dinners, auctions), not inefficient (no pick ups, money collection, deliveries)

Positive: Something everyone can use efficient, affordable, everyone can use.

Product with Mass appeal (everyone likes to travel), fun and exciting, high profit margine (profits up to 90%), simple, etc.

Tell them what you offer before you tell them what they need to do!

Hope that helps

Hey Lindsay,
It's good to see you're retailing it B2B now. I hope my sales presentation was helpful. I can say it absolutely works, it takes some time but it works!

Good luck!

Hi guys,

I am about to try a couple of other advertising efforts other than leads, any ideas?

I am going to try flyers first and see how they work. Any good ideas of where to post them?

I am not into advertising so this is a major step out for me.....we are trying to do it with as little cost as possible.

Thanks in advance for any ideas!

By the way Roger, how did your radio ad go?

Hi Lindsay,
The radio ads went well, I'm looking forward to the end of this week to close some deals.

In hindsight, if I were to do it again I would do it differently in terms of how the ads were structured.

Hi Len:
Welcome! I'm pretty new around here, too. I've asked tons of question, with no shortage of people to answer them. So, ask away

I signed up for the CSG MAC System Deluxe Edition on March 2nd, 2007. I purchased my Premier Package in late March, 2007. I'm VERY excited about the Coastal Vacations opportunity.

Take Care,
Robert

We are glad you came here to get to know everyone.....Ask lots of questions and you will find the group that works for you!

Make sure you find a director that you are comfortable with as well, and can offer the support you need.

thank you Lindsay. I heard of Coastal Vacations before and have been reading many posts here so I know it's a great business!
I think I'm leaning with the Call Center but haven't decided yet.

Welcome Len,

Great to have you here on the message board checking out Coastal. This is a great forum to get any of your questions answered. I don't think you will be disappointed with any group from Coastal. They all seem to have great training and support.

I joined Coastal not realizing there were different groups. I am with the wecloseyoursales group and I don't regret it at all. Lots or really great people in Coastal. From reading the board you can tell they are all very helpful and supportive from all groups.

Best of Success to you and let us know when you have decided.

Susan

Hi Len,
Great decision with the Call Center.
It's a great system to get the job done for you. There are many of us in the forum who can attest to that!

Good luck,

Roger

Len,

If you have already decided on coastal, please do yourself a favor and join with the Call Center. I was just telling my director last night that I am getting MANY inquiries from people who have joined with other groups asking about how they can get in to the call center. I was like you in the beginning, I was talking to two groups, one with the call center and one without. I am so glad I picked the call center. It is certainly an attractive addition to your Coastal business, especially when you are just starting out and maybe are still working full time. To be honest, it was the defining factor in my decision to join Coastal.

Have you called in yet to give them a test drive? You can find their number on my site if you are interested in talking to them first hand. They are very professional and probably know more than I do about the business.

Good luck!

Noreen

Hi everybody!

A question: If I join at L2 under a L2 Director what would happen to the commissions should I sell L3 packages?

Joe.

Joe,
if you join the call center the level 3 commission would be split between you(after you are qualified) and the closest level 3 director in your upline. If you aren't qualified it would be split between your level 2 director and the closet level 3 director but the member would always go to the level 3 director. I don't know how this works with other groups. We, at the WCYS call center always think it's important to reward you for your advertising efforts even if you aren't at the level of the sale. After all, that sale was generated by your advertising and you should get some return on it. Also, if you aren't qualified at that time, the sale would count as one of your qualifying sales since if was a higher level sale. Remember also, through the call center(and a few other groups) you get to keep your level one sales since you came in at level 2.

Hi Harold!

Interesting to read your post.. from my research and understanding in ALL the groups (that I am aware of, anyhow) the lower level director will have his share passed down. Is this not the case everywhere in your understanding?

Cheers

Jani,
please get more specific. If a person is a director why would he pass anything down. He would only have to pass up to his director what he is not qualified to receive. At least that is the way it is with our team. For instance, if you were my director and I made a level 3 sale I would only get what I am qualified to receive which is $3,000 (call center level 2 commission) and you would receive the rest plus the member and his two pass ups when he made them. I was told by others from othe groups that I looked into before I joined the call center that if I made a sale that was above my level that the entire sale and commission and member would go over me and up to the next director at that level. If all groups do it like we do then I apologize but this is what I was told by several people.

Harold,

I concur. Before I joined with you, I was investigating other groups and they said if I make a sale above my level, I give up the whole thing. I said NO WAY to that.
