What if me & the new associate don't mesh well? What happens at that point?

What is the total of a Level 3 (package + one time fee)? Is there a monthly fee on top of that total for using the call center svcs? Or does the one time fee take care of this?

If so, I'm a Level 3 Director -- what do I need to do to use the Call center's services?

As of right now, time leverage is VERY appealing to me!
(3 kiddos = Soccer, wrestling, Kickboxing, pt room parent, and Basketball! M-Sat = I'm busy!!!!)

Hi Jena,
The "meshing" thing is something we have to deal with whether we are in the call center team or not. When you sign up someone whom you do mesh with that is no gurantee that they will pass up 2 sales to you that will be people you mesh with. You use your training and system to do the best you can with each new member. In some cases, for all of us, we can see before they sign up that they won't be a good match for us but in some cases you can't. We have our contact's info available to us so we can talk to most of them before the sale if we wish but sometimes the sale is made on the spot by the sales executive and we don't know about it until after it's made so we just jump right in training them and see what happens. If the system is good and the new member is dedicated then it will work out fine.

The level 3 package is the same price as all level 3 packages. We just make less commission on the sale. As members of the call center we make $6,500 on level 3 sales and the balance goes to the sales person and the call center. After you join, you are a member for life and you only pay the monthly fee for the website which is $49.95 a month. Since you have the package you won't need to pay for it again so you can deduct the cost of the package from the total joining fee.

You can come in at lower levels if you want to do that also.

Good Morning

Harold that wasn't exactly what I was, asking... but that's okay. I'm not greedy about a Platinum sales, however if I see it through from beginning to end then I feel that $9705 commission should be mine.

This is what I mean I'm not greedy: If the Platinum sale comes from a Training Associate of mine... I pay them their capped commission on that training sales, plus the will receive their Release once the 2 t-sales are completed.

Example: L3 associate receives a Training Sale.

That L3 Associate receive one of the two T-Sales towards their Director's Release & I pay them $3200 of that Training Sale. Because if they have L1 or L2 sales that is paid them anyway, so why not reward them with income incentive, too.?

Harold Thank you again for your time and the reply.
Sincerely,
Jena

Hi Jena, not sure I understand your questions completely, but if someone is a L3 Director with the Call Center, they can also sell outside of the Call Center and collect the $9700 commission (the new associate would not be a member of the call center.)

There seems to be a misconception about the call center. Once you are a qualified director you are free to sign up people both with and without the call center (and receive commissions accordingly).

Thanks Dawn,

Boy oh boy, I'm tied in knots. No worries... I still love Coastal!!!

I actually did a Live call from a VolleyBall Tourn on Sat and welcomed a New Associate. Coastal is a Take it with you business and that is just one of the Bonus.

When I was first looking at Coastal I had checked out the call center and then, they had told me that I would have to purchase my travel package again if I wanted to work with the call center...so is that not the case anymore??

You definately DO NOT have to buy your package again. You already have one so you don't need another. Whoever told you that was mistaken. We definitely want you to join so we want it to be as inexpensive for you as possible. You do have to pay the call center fees and the commission to the member who brought you into the call center. This is what many say is like "Joining over, again" but think about it. The person bringing you in paid for advertising of some kind and needs a return on his/her investment plus they are going to be spending lots of time with you. The greatest part is that we can do coastal both ways. With the call center or without. We are not "bound" just to the call center. It's all about offering options to people.

Greeting all, I am New

Having Joined the Call Center two days ago with Maria Porter as my
new Director . , There is a compensation expence up front..
and being at level 3 already this was 4000.00
Granted this was a bit to bite off and Hoyt was very detailed at explaining the how's and why's of business regarding this.
Level1 (with the call center) is 1995.00 , Level 2 is 4995.00 and the Platnum cost is 11000.00 ,. This represents the commissions at each level sold. 1000.00 to us - 700.00 to them. 3000.00 to us -1000.00 to them , 6500.00 to us - 3205.00 to them.
My upfront fees were 2000.00 for the call center ( Level 1 and 2 costs difference) and 2000.00 for my new Director who is very hands on , active for sucess and been with Coastal for 8 years.
The Level of support seems to very professional and in a direct
form to allow others like myself to understand and most importantly
follow. After several months at level 3 and calling my a_ _ off
(pardon that) I found giving in a little for the stats they show would far out due me giving up or out due me calling and calling and calling. Hope this shine some light on real costs currently

Welcome to the Coastal Sales Center team, D.Collier!

The Sales Center, like every other Coastal group out there, is a great group with tremendous value! We absolutely recommend that anyone in any group DO get on the live training calls that each Coastal group offers. This is very important for the growth of your business. Specialized knowledge and implementation are vital.

Very well said. You know...when it comes to having success with this business...or what D.Collier refered to calling my a-- off....LOL. It's really important that you learn how to work this business successfully. Some groups have plugged into leads programs and systems that are not working...but, few know as few are working.

Personally, I do prefer to work leads. I get 40-80 a day. I call each of them 1 time...that's it, if they are not the person I'm looking for...No problem. Now, years ago I could put in 5-8 hours a day making phone calls, but today...I'm spoiled. I'll do 2-4 hours a day monday-Wednesday and I leave Thursday to finish up the week.

Success is relative to the effort you put into what your doing.

Great post, Jay.

Now you've got your system down pat and are able to do in 2-3 hours what originally took you 7-8. See, the problem is that people get discouraged and quit.

People do a little bit of advertising here and there, call ten leads, don't make a sale, and they say Coastal sucks.

Well, that is not the case. We didn't start seeing big money until we worked our tails off full time, spend good money on pay-per-click, and called many, many leads for three months. THEN we got the success we were looking for, and we have been successful ever since, that was a year ago.

NOW we can work a lot less because our systems and websites are working for us 24/7. But my message to all the disappointed souls out there is: DON'T QUIT!

You've got to have the determination of "no matter what, this business IS going to work for me!".

Wouldn't you all agree?

As us that stick it out... KNOW for a FACT! The success we are looking for is just around the corner!

How many of you know the story "Who moved my Cheese"?

It's there! Be like Scurry Mouse and keep looking. (sorry for the bad spelling)

Hi Bob,

No, I keep a constant flow of leads coming in, so I only call 1 time.

I work with coastal budget leads dot com and they send leads to me Monday-Thursday...and I call leads Monday thru Wednesday.

When I'm not working, I take the leads I've not called and Thursday's leads and use ContactTalk to make the call.

Coastal budget has a few options. may I ask which type of lead you order?

Thanks

Bob

Do you think our auto dialer would work like Contact Talk? We can have it call and leave a message.

Hi Bob,

Can't say yes or no on your autodialer. Content is what really matters when making any call.

I prefer the 8 Question leads myself.

wow - lots of posts - Jay - wanted to get this back on top

hope the virus is doing better - take 2 aspirin - or maybe 3-4 - Mix some lemon juice with some 7 up - add a generous dose of Jack Daniels - and sweeten with some honey.

Maybe it works - maybe not - but with enough JD - you will not care.
