Here are 6 ideas that I came up with for those looking for work at home opportunities. If you have something else in mind, please post it here.

1. Sell products that create residual income like memberships or MLM programs.
2. Sell other people's products as an affiliate for them.
3. Provide a service.
4. Type at home or do data entry.
5. Do paid surveys.
6. Sell stuff on eBay.

You can try each of them and choose the one the best works for you.

Hi Preston,

I think that number 2 & 3 are by far the best way to make money online.

Number 6 might suit some.

Number 1 would be good aside from the MLM bit. Residual income is desirable as long as the focus is on the product rather than the matrix.

Think you might comment on the value or worthiness of pursuing numbers 4 & 5?

Or, you can try each of them
and choose as many of those
that work, and that you can
comfortably fit into your day.

other things to think about:

Product-do you know people who would use the product or is it in demand?

Compensation Plan-As a business, your in it to make money. So take a good look at how quickly and how much money you can make. Check out the fine print with regards to requirements to qualify for commissions and bonuses

Company/Management-What is the management's experience and track record in the industry. How is the company doing financially? What is management's attitude towards the distributors?

Duplicatable System - Especially when you just get started it is absolutely critical that you have a simple, proven, duplicatable system that you can use. A good company and team will have this for you. This is very important this is to your success.

Good ideas. I too am for MLM's if the focus is on the product and not the matrix. The unfortunate part of many MLM's is that many participants dont get the fact that they are in business and being in business means SELLING a product. Ive always been attracted to businesses where the profit for selling the product is enough for me not to have a huge downline to prosper. I guess once a salesman always a salesman.

Great tips but number 2 definitely does it for me month after month. Dont forget to hassle the affiliate networks sometimes for commission bump (some really do, but only if you ask)

Cheers

Hey why not set up multiple streams?
As long as we do not spread ourselves too thin.

1. EBay
Without a doubt, eBay generates cash easily. EBay gets massive amounts of traffic.

2. Promote Affiliate Programs
Lots of people are getting into online affiliate marketing. Are you doing this yet?

3. Write Articles
There are plenty of people wanting articles written. Internet Marketers require articles to drive traffic to their websites.

4. Paid Surveys
One of the easiest ways to make some cash is completing Paid Surveys. You require NO experience whatsoever! How easy is that.

5. Do Odd Jobs
If you have no skills and need some easy cash then you should consider odd jobs.

You could offer to;

Trim Trees

Clean Pools

Walk Dogs

Remove Trash or Rubbish

Rake Leaves

Clean Houses

Clean Driveways

Clean Barbeques

Mow lawns

Becoming and affiliate is by far the easiest and quickest way to jump into the game. There are a TON of free resources that provide you with the tools you need to help ensure you and your families future in this unstable economic environment. Find your tool, work your tool and then get up the next day and start it all over again.
