I need some advise.

I am working on a program to help people effectively promote affiliate links. It would basically be a step by step walk through for people and would take a lot of the research, stress and knowledge they would need out of it.

here are my questions:

If I was using click bank as the affiliate site to walk through can I save the screen and cut out the section and use it in my program. I would basically be showing a screen shots of the site as I describe how it works. Is this allowed?

What are laws, rules that i need to know once the program becomes live?

Do i have to provide money back guarantees?

I just don't know where to go from here. Any help would be great

Hello aldanson,

If you sell anything on Clickbank, you must offer a 56-60 day guarantee.
In any case, if you do not offer a guarantee, you will not have many sales, period.

I would say never copy anything from a web page without permission..just a friendly email.

I would be safe to prevent potential stress later.

Cheers, Victoria

Clickbank is not a private site, or member's only access, so I am sure it would be okay to take a screen shot. Many people do that to prove their earnings, so that wouldn't be much different.

If you want to successfully sale your product, you need to offer a money back guarantee. I know that if I see something without one, I won't purchase it, no matter how interesting the product sounds. In my opinion, it looks like you are just out to make money, and not really help others. Most people offer guarantees do it because they stand behind their product, and know that it is good.

This is a guide to creating e-books. i came across it a few weeks ago. maybe it can help you: http://www.guidetoebookmarketing.com/

There are thousands of pages and videos out there showing Clickbank Earnings. Im pretty sure there wouldnt be any problem in doing so.

As for the money back guarantee, I definately would include it if i were you.

Also, if you plan to use affiliates for sales, many will not promote products without a money back guarantee. Sorry to run that topic into the ground...it's just quite imperative that you back your product.

Cant think why you couldn't, in fact Ive seen that done many times. You may like to use a free program for doing this called "Jing". Its like a free version of camtasia.

Check it out and see what you think, I use it and its safe.

Namaste

I am just worried because I would be selling my program and in the program are screen shots of sites like click bank, blogger and Google etc... I am just using them to show people where they need to go and how they need to sign up.

I think all those websites have different rules so you might want to look into their rules and regulations seperatly. Even though the way I look at it your just offering free advertisement? =)
